Request to Participate in a Myers-Briggs Personality Study for Musicians

Dear Music Educator, we sincerely appreciate your prticipation in this study. As we stated previously, when we receive your participation submission we will mail you a packet of materials, which includes a consent form, 15 minute MBTI inventory, and a stamped, self addressed return envelope in which you will send your confidential forms back to us. At the conclusion of the study, your personality type, along with a general description of your personality characteristics will be sent to you.
